Today (31-Dec-2011) I went for Don2-3D movie at INOX in Mantri Junction at JP Nagar 2nd Phase Bangalore with my family of 4.
Within 40 min of the movie the Sound system started working cranky and there was lots of background noises that totally made it impossible to listen to the movie dialogues. At times it was deafening for the ears and my kids wanted to go out. When I approached the Manager and requested a refund, he refused and said that is not in their policy and I can do whatever but he does not care. I got his name as Jagadish K.G.
He didn't even apologise and gave a sarcastic remark that nothing is perfect in this world for the money we pay and we need to "adjust" to things as they are. When I asked him to give me tickets again for the same movie for a later show he refused and told me to get lost.
This is definitely not an acceptable behavior, more so, the quality of services offered for the Rs.280/- per head tickets charged. I have the tickets with me and want due justice done in the case. My yearend celebration was spoilt but more so the indignation at the mall. Pls let me know if I should lodge a police complaint against the Management in INOX Mantri Mall for this poor quality services and ill-treatment to customers...
Pls advise what we can do.
