Dear Forum,
I had very bad experience on 25th December 2011, 6.00pm at Inox Cinema, Korum Mall, Thane(West). Me and my friend want to eat KFC's Large Chicken Popcorn while eating we remember that movie show time. We were purchase 2 Tickets of DON2 3D. prising arround Rs.600/-. I requested to security staff and later the management staff that kindly allow us to eat that open packet of chicken popcorn while watching movie. We hve only one packet and we already open that packet & It was purchase from same floor of the mall where cinema hall located. Also I showen them a purchase receipt. We want to eat that inside just because of they dont have that stuff in there cafeteria. But the both staff was so roudly instructing to submit the packet and they deny to get that inside. Even they were not ready to cancel the tickets. Inside the cinema hall and behind the ticket there were nothing writen any notice which telling this instruction.
Regarding the food if they don't have any item atleast they should allow to carry from same premises of the bulding and also the y have to writen the instructions behind the tckets, so that people can understand the rules. They are smashing a consumer rights. I ahve to take take strict action against that staff.
