Hello Sir. My Name is M.Vijay Krishna Reddy. I booked 2 movie tickets online using Bigcinemas website on 25th November 2011. However after few minutes I received an email that the transaction has failed. However the amount was deducted from bank account. Since than I am sending them emails regarding refund. Its been a month they replied to my email twice saying that 'we are loking in to it' But till now I did not get any kind of refund. And since a week even they stopped replying to my emails. Please suggest me what to do. Thanking You.
