Hi

I booked 2 tickets from the BIG cinemas site on 5th Nov 2011 for a 3 pm show on 6th Nov 2011.

This was for the BIG cinemas Chinchwad (Pune) multiplex.

I got a junk message (SMS) as a result of the booking showing a different movie,different time & a date one year back.

I also received a mail stating that my booking has failed & if the amount is deducted then it will be refunded in 8-10 days.

There is no reponse since then.

I wrote a couple of mails but no response.

I tried calling the BIG cinemas number (received from the website) but they are not cooperating

I want a resolution to this problem
