this is first time I am facing some problems to get my refund back in my account for a false transaction.
please take this matter and get i resolved soon.


This is for your kind notice that I have tried to book tickets for Two People dated 01.09.11" (Merchant: PVR Limited)
The amount was debited but the tickets were not booked, which is also confirmed via booking history of my login account

It can be easily checked, and where the confusion lies.


Please look into the matter, and get it resolved soon .
This is second time I have faced this problem.
