I've had one renewal with BigFlix in the hope that they will keep their promise.. but they are here to make money without delivering any service.

They randomnly deliver the movie and never show up on time. The delivery person is too lazy to walk up to my apartment and delivers the movie with the security. He expects the movie to be given to the security so that he can avoid coming up.

The situation is that I am stuck with 2 DVD's and Bigflix will not pick up the disc because I have two discs.. now whose fault is this?

they make all sorts of promises and never deliver.. reliance is a big cheat.. be it their wimax/data card/bigflix.. will never do business with them
