I was trying to book 2 tickets for movie in kamala Cinemas on
30-Aug-11, Chennai for Rs. 220/- (2 Tickets). has been deducted
from my account. (A/c No. 30200520654), SBI Arumbakkam. Bank
transaction details as given under. No tickets were issued and I
have not received any refund.

Can anyone guide me as to whom do I approach for obtaining
the refund.
