I went to Movietime Cinemas, Pitampura on 20/08/2011. I watched Spy kids 4 movie there in 3D. The price of the ticket was Rs.75 per ticket but they charged Rs.200 for 2 tickets. They told me that the extra charges are as a security for the 3D glasses and it would be refunded after the movie. But when i went back to the ticket counter after the movie my money was not refunded. They gave the reason that the glasses given to you were not refundable. If they were not refundable then why did they collected it back from us in the cinema premises and committed us while purchasing tickets.
Movietime Cinemas are also selling their combo meals by posing a compulsion on the consumers who watch morning shows there. I still have those movie tickets with me. I, would, therefore request you to take some action against them. They are harassing the common man for their benefit.
