    Hello,

    I am using seventymm's services from April, 09 till today and i am very very
    dissatisfied by their services and following are reasons:

    1. they said that they will deliver movie(s) within 24 hours but many times I got
    movie in two days against their promise of 24 hours.
    2. Many times i got the disks which were not working, and I had to order them
    again(wasting my subscription days).
    3. There were some movies which I added in my wish list in April, 09 and was able to
    watch them in july and few were still remaining and according to them those movies
    were always in circulation.
    4. Apart from that many times they send me wrong movies which I have not ordered.
    5. Many times, customer care guys were so rude and even told me that you can do
    complaints to their seniors.

    Now I want that the movies which were not working and wrong movies sent to me and
    delayed movies. I think I should get more 10 days atleast but they are saying that
    they can only give me discount if I renew my plan otherwise they will not compensate
    me.

    this is a kind of cheating, in my point of view. I am not satisfied with their
    service in first time but if I want compensation (more 10 days) then I have to renew
    my plan that is really ridiculous.

    Pls help me out if I can do something about it, I just want to tell other people not
    to go for their services and seriously want to dent their sales so that they can
    understand, company can grow only if their customer are happy not by cheating.

    Default Bad Service of SeventyMM

    I am using SeventyMM service (Member Id: 114731) since 9th Sep 2008. I paid 1022 rupees on 26th July 2009 for the 1 year subscription; but after few days I was facing the following issues:



    -Movie was not getting delivered on weekends even it was promised before taking the subscription.

    -Sometimes, I would not get movie for 3-4 days

    -Sometimes, I didn’t get movies which I have ordered (infect they have given me that movies which was not in my wish list).



    Due to the poor service, I requested (on 23 Nov 2009 after opening a support ticket) SeventyMM to close my account and refund my advance (1022 – used subscription) amount with the security deposit(199 Rs). After following up again and again on this issue, they refused to refund the amount (1 year subscription).

    As they were not ready to pay me back, I asked them to provide better service and add number of days (took to resolve this matter) for which I have not used SeventyMM service in my account, but on 23rd Feb 2010, they said no to my request and closed case.


    What should I do now; can’t we get back our money if the vendor’s service is poor and not satisfactory?

    Thumbs down Disstasfactory Services

    This is very disappointing to buy services from Seventymm.com.

    I paid for 6months subscription on 29th April 2010, after which I got one DVD delivered very next day without any follow-up.

    But after that there was no delivery made for next 3 days then I called warehouse where I have been informed that My residence is out of their coverage area. Now the question is how Seventymm.com can charge me money without doing any area feasibility. Moreover how could they delivered first DVD.

    Although I have been informed by warehouse guy that they will cancel my subscription and refund me the money which is very painful experience.

    I have no clue when and how I will get my money back, moreover I can see my account is still active.

    Also, no one checked “Support Issues”

    Default Bad services and alse committment by Seventymm

    They told me if I cancel my services within 14 days i will get my full refund but 3 months had gone and still waiting for my money.......

    Please help

    Default Seventy mm.com the worst! Looters

    Please don't ever use seventy mm.com. The worst customer experience and service by seventy mm.

    I have taken a trial account for four weeks in October, 2011 and for the trial offer I have paid 900 Rs/-. If I am not interested I can cancel my account and the money will be back into my account within four weeks. So, this is what customer service people said when I am joining in seventy mm and they are called me continuously till I join in their rental service.

    Then after three weeks I have cancelled the account and I am not used any of the service or rent a movie from them in the trial period. After that someone called me and said money will be in my account in 15 days. After days I called the customer service then also same reply. Since the last six months I have called and e-mailed to them so many times, there is no proper response. If someone is responded they will say simply one thing "within 15 days you will get your money".

    Never ever use the service of seventy mm. One of my friend done shopping with seventymm, he is also experienced the S**T.

    Very bad experience with seventy mm service.
