I am using seventymm's services from April, 09 till today and i am very very
dissatisfied by their services and following are reasons:
1. they said that they will deliver movie(s) within 24 hours but many times I got
movie in two days against their promise of 24 hours.
2. Many times i got the disks which were not working, and I had to order them
again(wasting my subscription days).
3. There were some movies which I added in my wish list in April, 09 and was able to
watch them in july and few were still remaining and according to them those movies
were always in circulation.
4. Apart from that many times they send me wrong movies which I have not ordered.
5. Many times, customer care guys were so rude and even told me that you can do
complaints to their seniors.
Now I want that the movies which were not working and wrong movies sent to me and
delayed movies. I think I should get more 10 days atleast but they are saying that
they can only give me discount if I renew my plan otherwise they will not compensate
me.
this is a kind of cheating, in my point of view. I am not satisfied with their
service in first time but if I want compensation (more 10 days) then I have to renew
my plan that is really ridiculous.
Pls help me out if I can do something about it, I just want to tell other people not
to go for their services and seriously want to dent their sales so that they can
understand, company can grow only if their customer are happy not by cheating.
