I am regular movie buff. We went for movie Ready. And the person issued tickets for movie Badrinath. Whenasked the person incharge, we told him that wrong movie ticket was issued and inspite of coperating, he told us that i am a localite and you cannot do anything. So the manager told that we will call police and they will take care, all rowdy managers of PVR came running as if ........you know what.

The PVR has reached it heights and it needs to do something regarding the customer service, otherwise because of its arrogant staff (who are worth nothing) will lose it to its competitor. It is not because of the higher management but because of the PRs that the people build a place's rating... and just because of some idiots in the Lobby, people like me are having a hard time going to movie with Family.

Proud to be an Indian, when in (so called) My India, i am shown the door just because i don't know the local language!!!
