Amount Not Credited which was detected I tried to book tickets on 5th May 2011; but, it was cancelled and the amount of Rs. 1200/- was detected.
When checked at the counter they said that the amount will be refunded within 15 days for net banking.
20 days completed and still my amount is not credited.
Please find the below details:
Date of Booking: 5th May 2011
Amount Detected: Rs. 1200
Please credit the amount as soon as possible.
