This is to complain regarding total callous behaviour and ill-management being shown by DT Cinemas. I don't know how DT is managing the Movie Shows. On 6th May, 2011 I along with my family went to watch Movie "Shor in the City" at DT Saket, 10.50pm show. We were told that show had been cancelled and when reason was asked, Ticket Counter Manager said they are not aware. Then we were told to visit DT Cinemas at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, 11.15pm show. However, when we reached there, again the same incident happened, show was cancelled there as well without any reason being explained. We were left with no option than to go back to home with high level of anger and zero enjoyment.

Can anybody please let us know why an innocent consumer should feel this kind of harassment.

We are highly disgruntled and sincerely request DT Management to take appropriate action in the matter.
