    Default PVR Cinemas - Money deducted, tickets not booked and money not refunded back

    Hi,

    I tried to book tickets for movie at PVR Bangalore as on 24/12/2010 twice.
    Amount has been deducted from my a/c both the times, but I have received message saying "Transaction failed, and amount will be refunded if charged".
    I have noticed that the amount has been charged to my a/c both the times, but was never refunded since last 3 months.

    Below are my transaction details:

    ICICI Bank
    C.C.Avenues - Reference Description as per my a/c statement (BIL/196279008/movie tickets/PVRCINEMAS.com)
    C.C.Avenues - Reference Description as per my a/c statement (BIL/196281664/movie tickets1/PVRCINEMAS.com)

    Could you please help me in getting this amount refunded.

    Default booking not conformed even after deducting the money from the account

    HI ,

    I have booked 5 seat at PVR shara for 5 person at 1.00 PM on 15th july, the amount deducted from my account but i have not received the booking ID ,please find the transaction details as follow:-

    Transaction Amount INR 1,084.27
    Transaction Type DR
    Transaction Description ICONN/50514379/140712/CCAVENUE.COM / CHA

    I BOOKED 2 TICKETS WITH PVR ON 6TH SEPT, THROUGH AXIS BANK INTERNET BANKING.

    ICONN/54140010/060912/CCAVENUE.COM / CHARGE

    MY TICKETS WERE NOT BOOKED ,BUT MY MONEY DEBITED, TILL NOW THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED ( RS-644/-) , THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT REPLYING TO MY MAILS, NOR THE CUSTOMER CARE NO IS WORKING.

    I RECEIVED THE FOLLWING MAIL FORM PVR-

    We have received your complaint and a case with Case ID:CAS-06230-D4V2F1 was opened against your complaint.
    Case details are as shown below:
    Case ID:: CAS-06230-D4V2F1
    Case Type::Bad transaction
    Our representative named: Raj Kumar is working on this case and shall get in touch with you to resolve it.

    but till now, there is no communication from their end. Is this how such a big brand works, where there is not even a proper customer care to serve the customer. its really pathetic. Dnt knw when my mnoey will be refunded. I will file a case of mental harassement against pvr.

    Default Amount has been deducted from my a/c but Ticket was not booked (PVR Goregaon)

    Hi,

    I tried to book tickets for movie at PVR Goregaon (Mumbai) as on 14/09/2012.

    Amount has been deducted from my a/c, but I have received message saying "Booking failures". And Ticket was not booked.
