On the 26-jan-11, I tried booking 8 tickets for wanted(telugu) movie for 29-jan-2011 through the website agscinemas.com. Due to some glitch in the site, the transaction wasnt successful. A messagebox showed up everytime saying something like, "Your tickets cannot be booked, If money has been debited from your account it will be refunded".

I tried 3 times with Debit Card . one of transaction was successful at the 3rd attempt.
But to my surprise, I was charged for the 2 failed attempts as well.

It has been 45 days but till date, I have not received any communication from AGS cinemas even after sending several reminder emails to them. My bank says that the amount has been deposited in the AGS account, but not refunded.please be kind enough...........
