booked 2 tickets online using hdfc bank on Aug 12, 2011 for movie "The tree of life" in (PVR, Chennai ) and I couldn't book and I got the following error message "Booking Failuie" "Your booking transaction could not be completed at this time "
My tickets were not booked but Rs.600 /- were deducted from my account (18521140009580 HDFC Bank) and a message came that if money is deducted it but its been 11 days i have not received the amount.

This is to bring to your kind notice that due to some technical issues you got charged for the transaction but your tickets are not booked. So, we hereby assure that the if amount got debited will be credited back to your account within fourteen working days.
We also request you to use any of the below mentioned methods to book PVR movie tickets in future:

2) If you are on facebook, you can use PVR application on Facebook to book tickets
3) By calling 08800900009 to make a telebooking

I sent a mail to them asking for refund and they replied back with
HDFC Bank is saying money was trasfferred to the pvr account.

Attached the screen shot of the same.
Could the co ncerned person can do the necessary action to refund my money back?

I booked 2 tickets at your website today using my corporate gift card (No.100070003000093, email : salilximb@gmail.com) worth Rs.500. The total transaction value was Rs.520 and hence I opted to pay the rest of the amount using my credit card. I entered the credit card details but the transaction failed and I received an error message denoting the same. I then opted to go through the same process again to complete my booking. To my surprise, the moment I entered the Gift Card details I got a message saying that there was Zero balance on my Gift Card. On the other hand, I did not receive any email or SMS from PVR, either with the booking details or with the transaction failure notification. None of the helpline numbers are working and the feedback option on the website is also getting timed out over and over again. The local PVR number is going on ringing without any response. This is utter harassment for a consumer and is least expected from a brand like PVR.

I want my tickets to be booked today..! I want the issue to be resolved ASAP..!
