Hi, myself Shashidhar from Bangalore, unfortunately I came across kyazoonga.com on Jan 24 2011, and planned for a movie on Jan 26 2011 at Sigma mall Bangalore for Dobhi Ghat Movie. I have made my payment through my debit card and money has been diducted and didn't received any confirmation on that. I made complaint against the same and they replied back saying that ticket is not booked and promised me that they'll refund the amount of Rs. 334. I have been waited for the same and till now I didnt received it.

I spoke to Farha she sits in Delhi office, she told me that money transfered from them but she didnt gave me vouchure number or any screen shots for the same, as of now I trying to reach them nobody is attending the call.

It would be great if you could help me out in this regards and how to take further action against them. Each and every discussion was made I have the emails for the same.
