One key recovery was not working, I raised the call, customer care ask me to go customer center at santacruz mumbai, I have submited this laptop at 14th-may-09, they ask me to leave my laptop with them, I was in worry to leave my laptop, but they assured me that my laptop will be safe at their center. They told me only for one day to recover it, but they kept it till 25-June-2009 with them, they rarly bother to call me to update about laptop,I myself called so many time for it. As I have to leave India at 27-June-2009, I Informed them around 12 days before that i have to leave India so please repair my laptop ASAP. After calling so many times when they came to return this laptop, adpter has been changed, and there was Window Vista basic has been instaaled insteed of Window vista premium. I redeposited the laptop because of old adapter at 26-Jun-2009, and ask them to please return it with my original adaptor and intimated that i have to leave at 27th night for Netherland, but they didn't give me the laptop back even not updated properly, I called sevral time but no proper info recived.

I also made a compliant for the same on Lenovo customer care that Laptop was not repaired and also informed that I will be long term for out of India and not able to collect laptop as I am not basically from Mumbai and my family is in MP. When I was in Netherland I also emailed again to Lenovo for bad services and received mail from Chadani Bura for apology and she assured me for best service in future and written that I can collect my laptop when I will be back in town.
so as my view now it is Lenovo responsibility, even Lenovo has delayed service so I already trouble a lot without laptop.
