I booked some movie tickets in ticketnew.com Events,Music,Drama,Sports and Movies at TicketNew, India's Entertainment Ticketing Guide, Buy movie ticket in chennai banglore hyderabad bombay kolkata pune jaipur delhi, Online movie ticket booking, buy movie tickets online[/url] on Dec 03, 2010 and end up with some transaction issues for which am still struggling with the merchant to get my money back. (~1100 INR)
They are not standing by their promise. Initially they told me that I will get the money back in 7 working days. But until today I have not seen any credit back to my account.

7 days after Dec 3, I called them up and enquired about the same and they started blaming BANK and when i checked with my banker they have proved that the amount has debitted from bank and reached the merchant. I was frustrated and made ~20 calls to bank and the merchant without any success.

The merchant again started blaming the third party vendor and asking me to contact them for further queries (which is unnecesary for me, the merchant should be responsible right?)

If i send any emails to them, they are not at all responding and even for calls they are not directing me to right person.

Now its ~20 days and I have not received any amount from the merchant. so what should i do now sir? can you please advice me on this?
