    Default Payment failure and loss of Money(Rs 390)

    I wanted to book 3 tickets for Tron Legacy on Sunday(19th Dec 2010) 3 45 show at AGS Cinemas,Villivakkam,Chennai.I paid through my axis bank debit card.The amount of Rs 390 has been debited from my account but I got no information of the booked tickets on my phone or by email.

    The transaction id from my bank is PUR/AGS CINEMAS PVT L/CHENNAI/181210/17:

    My account number is 910010024888700(Ashok Nagar Branch)

    I have been trying to reach AGS Cinemas on their customer care line 044-43447777 the last two days but nobody has answered the call.I would like a refund for the above mentioned amount.Kindly do the needful.My contact no is 9840345595.

    Same problem!

    I was trying to book for a show in PVR Cinemas Chennai on 13th Feb 2011.

    I took the option of debit card, and completed my payment transaction. At the end of payment you are told the transaction is not completed and the money will be refunded.

    And as you have mentioned, Acknowledgment of failed transaction are never sent on the email id and mobile nos collected on the form while booking.

    I was successful with net banking but now I find there are repeated charges and I still haven't received a refund
