Hi, I booked two ticket of Gajni through internet via my credit card, the cost of two tickets were 300/- and 30/- as a surcharge, I instently received a mail and the sms on the mentioned mail address and on the mentioned mobile no. They also mentioned that please bring your credit card along with the ID, I did the same, but it was very strange that on the booking counter they gave me the bill of only 300/-, and when I asked to the booking boy he told me that it is a surcharge and can not be mentioned on the bill. This is only a one issue another thing is that I booked the premium class ticket and the seat no was w1 and w2. The arrangement of seats are like in a manner that one should be more then 6 feet tall to view the full theater, or else you will see the head of the person who is sitting in front of you along with the movie. Due to this I spend 3 hours with full of mental harassment and feel so ambers about mine and my wife height. They people are also making fool of those who bring car to see movie, they charge 10/- extra for the car parking. And it is clearly mentioned on the parking slip that “for movie 10/- extra”, Kindly take some strict action against them because they also making fool of our govt. by not showing the surcharge on their books.
