    Angry PVR Vasant Kunj

I booked four tickets Online from the PVR website for the movie K3g 7pm show, pvr vasant kunj from my Standard charted visa card, that after cinema tickets were booked, as per instruction mentioned on their website that I have to show the transaction ID at the counter or my credit card, I did not receive any booking ID at the time of booking, when i went the pvr cinema and asked on the counter about the booked ticket but she told me that there is no booking under this name. I paid the charges in advance Rs 725.
As my credit card statement is showing the amount is detected, but as par the PVR record my tickets were not booked, so what should I do, I am helpless, kindly help me. The PVR people is cheater even I contacted to my credit card customer care and the told me that the amount is transferred to the PVR. I have all the statements with me.

Hey frnd after going through your post i can suggest that you should quickly contact your bank and get the charges disputed and also ask for a replacement card with a different number to avoid any further unauthorized usage... Sometimes due to some technical glitch we don't get transaction ID or online tickets.. I will suggest you to try booking your tickets next time from bookmyshow.com It is one of the safest and they send you the tickets at your email-id also.. I tried it and i am satisfied with there services..

    Enjoy Life.
