Hello !

This is regarding my purchase of online tickets for the PVR- MGF Mall on 7th Aug, 2010.
On 7th, I have tried to purchase tickets for the movie show of the same date in the same mall but due to some network problem or so it doesnt get booked and the message popped up "Your money will be refunded if deducted from the account".
I have tried the same thing once again . but the same message appeared.

I dont get any reference no. from pvr for the bookings. So in my view no bookings have been made. Then the same night i went to pvr-mgf mall and confirmed if any bookings were there for me. But the personnel said there are no bookings for me.

But the money has been claimed by PVR from my account ( Rs 440 twice , i.e Rs 880).
I have been trying their customer care no (01244708080) since 1.5 weeks but there is no response from that side. Also I have mailed at (pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com) but no reply.

Nothing has been moved and i had wasted money in calling them all time
