Dear Sir/Madam,

On 28Mar2010 i booked for a live show of "Jagjit Singh" which was scheduled for 03Apr2010 in Bangalore.

But 2 days before 01Apr2010 i received an email from "Live Tree Tickets" that the show has been postponed. Later it was announced that the show will be on 06Jun2010 in Bangalore.

But I had to be out of town on 06Jun2010 which was scheduled long before hence i requested the organizer for a refund and they agreed for a complete refund.

Accordingly i received an email from the organizer that i would get a refund back onto my credit card.

Till date i haven't received any refund, when i contact my credit card company they say that they have nothing to do with it, please talk to the organizer directly.

When i contact "Live Tree Tickets" at 080-6455-7076 it says the number is switched off and no one else is traceble.

Please help how can i recover my money back.
