This is in reference to the ticket which i tried to book for MOVIE TIME PITAMPURA for 12 PM Show on 19th March. I did receive all kind of ok status from bookmyshow and confirmation on my phone and email as well. But when i reached cinema hall on 19th March the Cinema hall people did not allow me to enter as nothing was showing in their record and instead of my ticket for some other movie and the cancelled status was showing. Money is already showing as deducted from my account.And this is the third time i am facing the same issue earlier money use to come in my account DR and CR but this time it is only as DR. After this i have tried calling book my show about 25 times but no resoultion came in and i even sent 20 emails spoke with manager kapil kirti and jackson and went to movie time pitampur met Anil in IT Department and Sahit Manager over there but all of them are not doing anything.

Please do something to get me the justice. I have valid proof of my ticket.

This has happened to me when checking the online websites for the movie cinemas. They have old schedules which lead you to believe that the movie is still playing and then you go to the theater and the movie is not playing. This leads to a lot of waste of time as the theatres are not close to my home. They should update their websites regularly.

I would like to highlight an issue where in a bought an Voucher of Movietime Pritampura from Snapdeal which clearly mentioned that no one would be entertained without the prior appointment, this voucher was to be expired on this sunday so was tryng to make an telephonic appointments bt no one bothered to pick my call and was waiting throughout, just to give a try again I called the Movietime Pritampura today on Monday 31 Oct 2011 after several attempts of contacting them, finally a lady representative of movietime received a call, and said there was short staffing and so we cudnt take the calls, so neways it was of not my fault as customer as they dint take my call so the coupon got expired and i have to face the loss. Than I had a word with Mr. Mayank who was Damn rude and dint have the manner or knowledge of how to speak to the customer. He used phrases like "Now what u want ?" i have spend an amount for it atleast i expect a decent behaviour ! I want this thing to be highlighted and strict action to be taken against MR. MAYANk !
