I am Writing this complaint to take you attention to proper consumer service violation

Theatre :
Santhosh Cine House, Mavelikkara, Alappuzha Dist., Kerala State, India

They are putting extra seating (about 64 seats- which is more than allowed by municipality) in the way to walk, and in between the normal seating which cause uncomfortable to sit and watch film.

I have booked for 2 tickets [Rs.(45+5)* 2]
But I didn’t get contiguous seats. Ie. I was in one end and my wife got seat somewhere else. We were not getting any seat no. or exact position when we book for it.

They were not behaving properly when asks about this.
There were so many such families, who suffer this.


I would Request the concerned authorities of the Consumer Court to take action against the owners of Santhosh Cine House, Mavelikkara, as soon as possible. Kindly contact me if more details are required in support of the complaint.
