1. I had booked four(4) tickets for the movie ‘Paa’ vide my credit card for the INOX theater at GVK 1 Mall at Hyderabad on 03 Dec 09 for the movie scheduled at 1245 pm on 06 Dec 09. The booking confirmation was ‘70989’ sent on my E Mail ID.

2. However, due to Telangana Bandh declared on 06 and 07 Dec09, the INOX Theater was shut down and no movies were screened for these two days. On enquiry for refund of money from the theater staff, it was told that the money amounting to Rs 640/- would be credited into my account within a period of 15 days. Since the money was not credited in my account even after a period of 20 days, I again went to the theater and it was told that the money will be refunded in next 7 days. This again did not happen and I had to pay a third visit to the theater to which I was told by the responsible staff Mr Satish that in next two days i.e by 12 Jan 2010 everything would be settled.

3. Its been 2 months and no money has been refunded to me till date even after getting a confirmation from the team of INOX that the money will be refunded in ten days. I’ve been harassed by the team of INOX for last so many days and no action is being taken
