I tried the 14 day trial of Bigflix movie rental. They charged my account. I called them and they said, it is temporary and the moment I cancel the rental within the trial period they will give the money back.
They did not refund my bank account, I called them and was told their specialist will call me. No one called. I called back on the # i got a missed call from thinking its them and no one picks up.
