i have been having the worst nightmarish experience with seventymm movie rental company. since i have taken the service i have been facing horrible issues with movie delivery to customer service on calls to managers who are never available on phone.

i have faced delayed delivery everytime i order for a movie. first they dont have a fixed sla for delivery or time slotted. their delivery boys come hpooing anytimethey want at your address without calling and you have no choice but to wait at home or they leave a yellow slip saying 'they were here' which is so ridiculuous.

when called and escalted the customer serivce reps have no idea about there whereabouts and say they will call back which they never do

the managers are either on a break or on leave everytime i call. 2 times it happend that i called back again and i found the managers there. the customer serivce reps are always new at work according to the managers thats their excuse. the customer service reps lie and have no idea about the services or how to use website....they lie about the manager not being there and place you on hold for ever...like 10 to 20 mins everytime

i spoke with manish who is the customer serivce manager based in bangalore and got false promise that this will be taken care of. this never happend. i have raised several compaints on their website with promises that i will be taken care of which is never done...

i have been harassed several time and have waisted my phone bills talling with these dumbwits...i have asked for a written apology and a full refund...such service providers should be stripped of thier service and liscence cancelled..this is customer harrasment at its best:&:@
