I have two "3 Idiots" tickets, booked online through PVR Cinemas at MGF Metropolitan Mall, Gurgaon. They do not have a cancellation option even on calling the customer care, which I believe they should have. All utilities like air tickets have that.

I will check what my option are for getting refunds through consumer forums or otherwise. Meanwhile if someone can use the same tickets here are the details (with no liabilities coming back to me of course) -
