In the booking page,why is the Combo Meals selected by default as 1? It should be None.
You guys are cheating your loyal customers by such scrupulous means on the website.
I have never encountered online any case where by default, you charge your unsuspicious customer of an additional charge. Let the user decide whether he wants None or any other number of additional meals. Who are you to decide by default that the user wants 1 combo meal when you provide the option of None?
You should provide a check-box if the user wants additional combo meals.if the user selects that, only then should the drop-down be populated with default as "None".
I was in a hurry as there were few good seats available and I ignored the amount to be charged from my HSBC Credit Card.
I had to forcefully avail the Combo Meal option though I did not want that because I was not sure whether Fame Cinemas Ltd would refund me that amount. I will henceforth be forced NOT to watch movies at multiplexes if this issue is not resolved.
Its been a week and I have not yet received a call/reply.
In the interest of all online customers, i want you to take action against Fame at the earliest, so that the same does not happen to unsuspecting customers like me.
