On 2nd of september i have booked tickets from bookmyshow website for a movie called Josh for theatre E-Square: University Road . The next day i got a call from CSR saying that the show has been cancelled and the amount(RS 939) will be credited back to my account within 10-14 days of time..when i called bookmyshow care after stipulated time, CSR after checking with the Theatre authorities told me that cinema authorities were claiming that for this Id they have given back the Cash at the counter,well i dint go there to receive the amount and when i booked through online how can authorities give the cash at the counter.I was being told by CSR as well th:at it will be credited into my account automatically.I have been posting mails and making calls to care department for a resolution but the issue has not been resolved and CSRs still claiming that money is taken from the counter..Nothing has been moved and i had wasted money in calling them all time its now almost a month for that transaction.I warn everyone that beware of this kind of incidents from this site and cinema as well.

i made the payment through ICICI net banking...the money has been deducted but i didn't get any confirmation about tickets........

when i called the customer centre of bookmyshow ,they told that money would be refunded soon....but i didn't get it back.......

i booked for 5 tickets online for 6 o clock show, rockstar, in DRC multiplex mysore. but sadly the transaction took place twice the amount i.e.,832.75x2=1665.50 INR without the confirmation of the tickets.One transaction is being processed and the other is not taken into notice.

I booked 4 tickets for the Avicii Pune concert which was to take place on the 17th of December at Laxmi Lawns,Pune.But now that the show is cancelled,Book My Show is supposed to give a full refund.SO I would like to know how will they return the money spent on the tickets?
