I bought one Philips DVD Player DVP3886 form Timtara Online - Order #10147045Order Date: 15-12-2011. Payment was made by Credit Card instantly. I called them several times and mailed them for the product dispatch. Every time they were giving false information. Upto 30 Jan 2012 they could not dispatch the item and cancelled the Order. There after till date they are not refunding the paid amount & every time they are buying time when I call or send mail. I am a regular online purchaser and I have have never harassed by any other online shop like Timtara. I do not know what the fate of other buyers who are lured by this site. I want stringent action should be taken against the Timtara Organisation, my refund released immediately, and they should be blacklisted or not allowed to carry on this type of things in future.Debasis BhattacharyyaKolkata
