I have complained for change of plan on 10 apr 2011. myvideocon d2 customer id is 5324245.But still it is not done on 13 apr also . in spite of calling customer care daily on 11, 12, & 13 apr the result is same. also they are cutting the money also. pl advice me how to proceed now.
