Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased sony home theatre system on 11th dec 2010.

The system plays only the original DVDs or CDs and not the copied one or downloaded from the internet.

But this information was not disclosed either by the showroom people or from the sony company unless and until its is seen in manual.

I want to return this product asap and to refund my paid full amount with interest as compensation for my invested time and misleading the customer.

I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the support they are giving....... But the sony company is not ready to take the product back... Please provide justice to me.
