Hello Consumer Court,



I had registered with seventymm.com on 12th March 09(which is a original
CD/DVD rental service provider), I had subscribed to get one CD/DVD
every day till next four months.



Since the 13th March 09 I am complaining to seventymm.com that I haven't
received any CD/DVD till date, after a long time they sent some one to
deliver the first movie (16th March 09), I thought seventymm.com will
now continue sending CD/DVD on time.



But then on 17th March 09 again I did not got the CD/DVD, someone from
the seventymm.com came to deliver the next cd/dvd on 18th March 09 (this
means there is a gap of one day in the delivery, which should not be
there), I didn't accepted the CD/DVD and returned the earlier CD/DVD.
And finally had called seventymm.com for a refund of my money as since
12th March till 18th March I was supposed to be send with 6 CD/DVD and I
got only one (1).



But the seventymm.com says we cannot refund the amount.



Could you please guide me in this matter?
