Hi,

My name is Sunil Kumar Singh. On 17th october 2009, i gave the fill money 65,000 rs.(For LCD and Home theatre Systsem) to the sony dealer in Haridwar, uttranchal. its name is Devraj Dealer(It was the combo offer due to deepawali fetival). On 17 oct he gave me only LCD and did the commitment that will gave the Home theatre system(model no.->dav-dz790k) on 22 october becuase it was not availabe.

Todays is 27th december but still I am awiting for the product. This is very shameless for Sony India.

He never contacted me, every time I contacted him.

For last 2 and half month he is saying that he is not geeting the product from sony, this is very surprise for me.

If he can't deliver any product in 2 and half month then how they will survive in the market?

Please help me on this and cancel the delatership of such type of people.

His attitude is also very wrong.

I regisiter a complain in Sony(Complain no. -> 4718975) also on 22nd december, they said they will conatct him and will provide me the update but same thing no update from Sony also.

I have to call them every time for the update.

Please take some action againt Sony India and against that dealer.
