    Default Poor Quality of Fiat Linea-Emotion

    I had purchased a Fiat Linea Emotion on 22nd February 2009 from New Delhi. I was one of the first few to take the risk of buying a new model & now realise that I did a blunder.
    From the begining, both the front wheel suspensions started making noise. Sanya Motors, New Delhi could repair the same but within next 2 month of purchase, the Airbag failed, and till date the indication of Airbag failure is permanently displayed. Sanya Motors had sent a request to Tata Motors, but could not arrange the same.

    In the meantime I shifted to Kolkata. Here also I registered my complaint at KB Motors. But till date ( 7 months of purchase ) none of the dealers could arrange the required spare to rectify the Airbag problem.

    In the meantime, the car has developed many snag & I feel the list is so huge that it is not worth mentioning here.
    I have sent mails to Fiat Motors & Tata Motors, but all in vain.
    Through this portal, I am requesting the consumer court to get all the fault repaired, or atleast make any responsible person from this motor company to call me.

    i have fiat linea 1.4 T

    i want to complain abt:
    1.ac is too weak
    2.something wrong when i steer the wheel it get more more harder
    3.turbo aint working
    4.door glasses r coming up on 3 steps
    5.fuel gauge aint working
    6.cd nor mp3 working and when they work car change between them or stuck

    i went to the car service in egypt they didnt fix it so i think this car i eat it its only 9500 km it moved so its brand new how does all that happen to it now!!!!plz anyone answer me

    Tata motors & fiat linea
    Our Fiat Linea is Lying since almost 105 days at Wasan Motors, authorised service station for TATA motors & fiat, Car is in extended warantty, Various misleading excuses are given at times, they had provided companys alternate service car after 90 days; that too Petrol instead of our Diesel car.

    Taxi charges for 90 days, Depreciation, additional petrol cost.

    Now I wany my cars money back which I paid to Fiat on assurance from TATA motors, still car is in production, they are comfortably selling as of today also, still customers are being cheated, Immediately sale of such cars whose spares companies cannot manage for 4 months has to be stopped, my money returned and pay damarages charge, depreciation charges, our warranty period charges which they are wasting, additional petrol cost, taxi charges which we had to suffer due to their misleading and ignorance. many mails has been given in writing but no result.

    Default Poor Service and poor dealers.

    It was a very sorry state of affair while driving Fiat Linea one of the most fearful and dreadful event of my life. We did not expect that company such as fiat would provide very poor car service. I and my father and my cousin were travelling to BILARA from my home town PALI. While overtaking two trucks suddenly the car got jammed on the road and simultaneously from the other side a truck was coming and by the grace of god he managed to apply all his brakes and a dreadful accident was averted. After this course of events some people gathered and they steered our car towards the side of the road. Then we had called a company pickup after few hours he had picked the car. Now the car is being repaired in the company showroom (MARUDHARA MOTORS, Jodhpur).
    And after few days a call came from the representative of the showroom and the expenses quoted were Rs.35,0000.
    When we asked him what was the problem in the car and why the charge is so much he said because of breakage of TIMING CHAIN some other parts also broke down. Then we asked him why the TIMING CHAIN broke down suddenly so he said TIMING CHAIN should be changed on around 100,000 Km and it was not changed. So we told him that the last service of our car (FIAT LINEA) was done at your service station (Marudhara Motors, Jodhpur) at around 105,000 Kms and at that time no one suggested us to change the TIMING CHAIN.
    Now he is saying that we will have to bear all the expenses of the car repairing.
    Money is not the issues for us we would have might even paid more, but such type of negligence by the company showroom service such as the stature of FIAT is horrendous!!!!!!!!
    The whole issue is not about the money but the company showroom should accept this fault and give us a written apology. In near future please improve your services or else we would get apart from the FIAT brand which we were loyal for the last 8 years , also if no action taken we may go to consumer court if needed.

    FIAT is a brand that I had grown up with, so, when the choice of my first car purchase was exercised, it was no surprise that on the 08 Aug 2009, I chose the Fiat Linea Emotion Pack. Apart from the strong faith in the brand that carted my formative years,the car came in highly recommended and well publicised. Add on assurances like the 'Fiat Roadside assistance', only comprehended the belief that one could fall back on the company when the customer is in trouble; or so...I believed.
