    Default Dash board completely melting and sticking to cloths

    i purchased TATA INDIGO GLX PETROL in September 2005, (chasis no. 601256 FUZ P 81447, engine no. 4755146 HUZ P 82888). for last 1.5 years, the complete dash board is badly melting, and sticking to every cloth and near knee the mark of sticked plastic appears after driving. i think it may be due to usage of poor quality plastic, i never use any chemicals for cleaning, only use cloth for cleaning, but the interior (dash board) completely melting day to day even the places which can't be visible. due to my job, i am late for complainting after approx 18 months. my email id - sreekumarpm@indiatimes.com, phone-9961451116, 04985209906 , 9432050843 , some technitions advice me to complaint in consumer court. what can i do sir, please give me some direction.

    I PURCHASED TATA INDICA VISTA (PETROL) ON 1st AUGUST 2009 FROM SANYA MOTORS. DEFENCE COLONY NEW DELHI.... AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR THE SALES SERVICE STAFF OF SANYA MOTORS AT MAYAPURI,DELHI IS NON-COOPERATIVE AND ARE 0% DEDICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
    SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR FOR THE PROBLEMS LIKE :
    1. SPEED-O-MEETER/PETROL GAUGE NOT WORKING AT ALL
    2. PETROL AVERAGE IS BELOW 9 KM/LITRE, WHERE AS TATA MOTORS CLAIMS THEIR VISTA @15 KMS\LITRE, WHICH IS MAKING A FOOL OF CUSTOMERS AND VIOLATION OF CONSUMER ACTS.
    3. THE STAFF AT DEFENCE COLONY HAD PROMISED SOME ACESORIES WHICH WERE NOT GIVEN TO US AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT.
    THESE THINGS BREAK THE HEART OF ANY CONSUMER,SO WE ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE EXCEPT HAVING COMPLAINTS AND MERCY FROM OUR HONOURABLE INDIAN CONSUMER CELL.

    Ref: My tata Indica TATA Indica Zeta (MH-02- AQ 4357) car from Han Motors, Mumbai showroom on 26.04.2006. Bearing chassis no. 600208CTZP52973.

    I complain Han motors many times about the body of the car which is rusted all around in such short span. Han motors never reply to my letter. Attached please find letter which was sent to this service station as per their request.

    Also we paid money for extended warranty but that also we did not get. I request you to send my extended warranty money with its interest occurred these years. (Ch no. 896342 of Rs. 5500/- HDFC Bank, this amount is deducted from my account on 13th/. 10/06)

    We request your urgent intervention to address our genuine concerns.

    This is bring to your notice, that I have purchased my TATA Indica Zeta (MH-02- AQ 4357) car from your showroom on 26.04.2006. Bearing chassis no. 600208CTZP52973.

    Three months back I came to your service station and showed my Indica to you and complain to you that my car is rusted from almost all sides. Your people at service station have taken photos of the rust after my complain. The doors, Petrol tank nose, and other portions of the body are getting bad. It looks like it is manufactures fault. This is only three years old and this should have not happen to this car. As your company (TATA) is having good reputation. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

    I believe that your esteem company will take note of this fault and do the needful. Looking forward for your reply.

    Dear Sir

    When I wanted to purchase my 1st dream car I could think of no other manufacturer than TATA as I always believe that only an Indian company can understand Indian Consumers so I purchased my MANZA manufactured by TATA in the month of April from M/S Speed wheel , Thane.

    But within 2 months the Brake booster failed under very normal conditions. I was disappointed as I had to give my car to garage within 2 months of my purchase and only 1964 Kms of drive. All my beliefs about an Indian company car has been brought down as I had to face such a situation in a short span of my ownership of the car. To add to my woes M/S Bharti Motors, Jogeshwari (East) the Authorised service centre of Tata Motors has told me that I will have to wait for an Unlimited time as they say that the spare to correct the problem is out of stock with TATA motors & will take time (which they fail to give me any date).

    I purchased my car for the convenience of my old parents who are suffering from arthritis. Also my wife is pregnant & due to deliver in this month. I am physically & mentally tortured by now.The car was purchased so that in any eventuality of emergency I would be able to use it. I believe that I made a wrong decision by buying a car from TATA, unless you prove otherwise.

    I am absolutely DISAPPOINTED by the after sales service. I want a definite time by which you will repair the car which is under warranty.

    I am forwarding this email to Mumbai Grahank Panchayat, The times of India , Auto Car India & Overdrive so that other potential buyers can make proper decision & not a foolish decision made by me just because I wanted an INDIAN MADE CAR & other popular blogs on MANZA.

    If you think you can save me my worries, please contact me ASAP & solve my problem soon.

    Angry Tata manza paint got peeled.

    Pl. find the photograph of paint peeling on the roof on right side groove ( if stand in front of the car). Problem is serious as it is extending . Pl. raise the complaint with TATA MOTORS. It has been informe to showroom named
    FORTUNE CARS,NERUL,NEW MUMBAI.
    Ttill today there is no response.

    i am owner of safari dicor 2.2.vtt VX model. i purchased it on 18 june 2008 from society motors kanpur.my vechicle no is UP 50 R 0977 and chassis no is 403093ERZN08983. There are too much problems in my car from the date of PURCHASE.complaints are as following.

    1. on the date of purchasing they said that their was a problem in damper pulley. but next day, after checking they said that it was correct and we purchased the car.

    2. At the time of first service they did not upload service record on the website ( in the society motors service center kanpur).After that we faced much problems in further servicing at other service center.

    3.In the month of november 2009 clutch plate was damageged but it was replaced from society motors at the time of servicing.

    4. IN the month of march 2010.the alternator was stopped working.

    5. IN the month of may the engine was stopped working. any how the car was reached at brijlax motors pvt ltd varanasi. there thry said that the head of the engine was broken due to the problem in timing belt.
    at that time they asked that your timing belt was not changed by your dealer.but we had no information from the dealer.

    6.They (brjlax motors pvt ltd) took too much time in repairing . we gave the car on 13 may 2010. abd they gave delivery on 26 june 2010.

    7. NOW on 28 june 2010 the engine has stopped working again. and after checking the mechanic find that the engine's injets are broken.
    and they are saying that your car has gone beyond the warranty limit.
    we also took suggestion from your service engineer mr. shushil sharma but we got ngative response from his side.


    so sir please suggest us that what will we do in this case.please reply us asap.

    Now my car is in HYSON MOTORS,PUZHAKKAL,THRISSUR in 3days.There are so many complaints on my indica dlx
    main problem its engines de-compression(oil leak).I Complaint it in HYSON MOTORS.But no reply on my complaint.
    Sir,my car is used for the purpose of STATE BANK OF INDIA,THRISSUR and it is the only income of my family.In its first service my car"s oilseal complained and its third service its pump had repaired.
    Sir please take neccessary actions about my complaint.Tata motors said 65000 rupees for its maintaince.I am not possible to pay this huge amount for its maintaince.Sir please help me.

    I bought my Indica Vista when it was launched, my first mistake. Since then this is the second summer that the car is going through and its AC sucks. Tata has replaced its compressor twice but still no use, nothing is working. I have no idea what to do, where to go, looks like I am stuck with them. Everytime, the car goes for AC repair, it takes atleast 20 days for it to come back.
    I used to take pride in having bought TATA. But my advice to all the buyers, think million times before you buy a tata vehicle.

    And to all who are a part of this, can you suggest a solution. My extended warranty gets over in October, 2010. I will be doomed if this problem is not rectified.

    If you are facing the same problem with your AC of TATA Vista again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of TATA MOTORS, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default new tata indica vista default in engine

    This is to inform you that I have bought indica vista on 30th june 2010 from the first day there was a sound in engine after 5-6 day problem accured The car left the accelaration loud sound in engine and engine symbol light up immidiatly I went back to MOTER SALES SERVICE CENTER AT CHARBAGH LUCKNOW tata authorised
    center for a check they told it was a connection problem.Due to this problem I missed a importent business meeting and lost the deal.
    then sound accoured and performence deterioate i went second time for a check losing my whole day again same repliy that it was a connection problem it will never happen again and given me reciept of OK
    next day again problem occured third time i visited with car to check wasting my whole working day they replied they checked all the things and given a OK certificate
    Now i am mently very harrased as today i faced the problem again.tommorow i will visit service center for check.
    Sir i have purchased a new car tested by Tata Moters having the sticker of OK.In spite of that i am having problems again and again
    i am not making any tour out side my city due to this problem
    kindly take care of this problem otherwise it will force me to take legal action against the Tata Moters Claiming the replacment of car and mental harrasment and loss in business
    kindly do a permanent solution or change the car as it having a manufacturing defect. any how i managed mony to purchase the car to make my business smooth but due to this i lost a good deal and my every second is in great tension
    This is last time i am visiting your service center do the permanent solution or change the car.

    Angry Manufacturing faults in TATA Indica Vista quadrajet aura

    I was thrilled to buy a vista quadrajet last feb. As a loyal tata car owner for the past I expected a trouble free and quality vehicle. from the suggestion of the sales manager, without seeing the vehicle, chose the anniversary edition as it was supposed to have everything included. The first surprise came on delivery of the vehicle. The promised bluetooth handsfree with the audio system was not there but they promised to rectify it. (which is still pending.)
    The real problem started when I tried the brakes. For a vehicle with this much power the brakes are very poor, and the engine torque does not slow down when the foot is off the accelerator. So it's like applying the accelerator and brake at the same time. When I complained about it they blamed the engine and that all the vehicles with the same engine have this problem it seems.
    The next problem was the Air conditioner. I still have a indica v2 five years old which has better a/c than the vista. Tata better look into the problem and fix it before some bad accidents happen.
    The car has hardly run 5000 km but the suspension is already making squeaking noises.

    It is really painful to write such a complaint about TAFE REACH Tata Motors. Well, let me explain the details. My car was very poorly serviced by M/s.Tafe Reach again and again, hence am forced to write a letter to them mentioning their repeated service faults. Also there are many incidents and theft incidents from my vehicle. Even I was polite and controlled myself and now I feel very badly as why I took TATA Car. Many are advised earlier me, not to take. My karma….
    I had the complaints of A/C performance, backdoor problem, suspension issue, front bumper unfitting., under chase checkup etc., with complete wash/cleaning and I said that to charge if anything chargeable. The vehicle was given on 10th Aug’2008 and delivered on 12th Aug’2008 @4.00pm without any solution with new problems of ENGINE NOISE & A/C Noise and nothing has been resolved except back door solution. Even my vehicle not even cleaned after 3days also. While taking delivery also I was waiting 45mins. Itz really painful…heartpaining…I never advise people to face my experience. Thank you forever
