I purchased a Car( I - 10) on 13thApril 2011 from Goyal Automotive Ltd Kapurthala Road, Opp. Jalandhar Vihar,Jalandhar (Branch of Goyal Hyundai G.T.Road, Paragpur, Jalandhar)At the time of purchase, the Company promissed me interalia to provide free Registration, 3rd and 4th years warranty and Corporate Discount of Rs.4000/-( in writing) However after receipt of the full payment, they adopted the policy of dilly-dellying. The Temporary Registration No. provided to me at the time of delivery was valid for one month only i.e. upto 12.5.2011. R.C was not arranged in time. Heads of the Branch kept changing frequently. The matter was taken up with all of them namely Mr. Mahajan, Mr. Chopra and Ms. Shikha and also Mr. I.P.Sharma President of Goyal Hyundai at their Head Office) After great and constant follow-up I was handed over R.C.of the vehicle in the 3rd week of December 2011. Thus I was deprived of the use of the vehicle for 7 months. Although now I have received R.C., I am still struggling with them for Corporate discount of Rs.4000/- ( myself serving Punjab Govt. as Grade I Gazetted Officer)and 3rd and 4th years warranty. Even their President Shri I.P. Sharma who was approached for the purpose(and who assured the delivery of commitments by their branch )has now started avoiding response. I request your Goodself and the August Forum for grant of compensation of at least Rs.50,000/- for the mental harassment I have suffered all-thorough as also the delivery of committed items.
