Myself ,Vikas Jain, owned Tata Sumo Grande GX (2008 Model) bearing registration number DL 5C E 0857. I also purchase a extended warranty from tata motors at the time of purchase itself. I have done all the recommended services from tata motors authorized service centre and well in time.
Recently on 2 feb 2012, I was going from Delhi to Agra and my vehicle broke down in between. I get it towed to Delhi service centre (M/S Him Motors Pvt ltd, Patpadganj Industrial Area, New Delhi). After checking They told me that bearing on which Timing belt is running got jammed and broke due to which Engine Head got a crack in it. So Engine Head, Timing Belt and certain other things needs to be changed. Also they told me that they are not able to release the furl injectors from the Head so they also needs to be changed.
So they asked me to leave the vehicle with them and took photocopy of all my service bills and Extended Warranty Booklet. After regular follow-up today they told me the Extended Warranty has rejected some parts to cover like Fuel Injectors, Water Body, Valves.

My question is Fuel Injectors are mentioned as covered parts in the extended warranty and If they are not able to take them out from Engine Head they should be covered under Extended Warranty.

Would request to please guide me how to proceed further on this. I want to file a complaint on this is cosumer court. Anyone have any idea on how to do this ?
