COMPLAINT AGAINST COMPETENT AUTOMOBILE , MARUTI SUZUKI DEALERSHIP.
i booked the new swift VDI on 7th october after paying the respective booking amount and we were promised to get the delivery in first week of january 2012. I received a call from the company asking to pay the full amount to get the delivery of the car in first week of january itself and i signed the checks for the same , checks claiming 70% of the amount were cleared on 3rd january 2012 and the checks for rest 30% was not available with me and when i asked them to take the checks for the rest of the amount a week later they said that ,"sir, we sold your car to some other customer and your car will be delivered in next month "
this is unacceptable as they are exploiting their customer like this and highly recommend all to never buy a car from this dealership.
