Last december, I decided to buy Vista VX ( quadrajet). Finally I paid in cash and got the vehicle on 6th Jan 2012.I was very pleased by the choice and often confronted those, who questioned my choice. It didn't last long. less than 10 days, I had to bang to compound wall as brakes were not working. Observed that ABS was glowing on dash board.

Took it to service center and they confirmed the problem and corrected it soon.
I QUESTION the quality of deliverable. How can it fail in 10 days ?
The bumper was cracked and also dislodged from one of its slots..I asked them to replace the bumper.. and fix it to slot as It would crank when ever I go over a hump. They agreed and I had to leave my vehicle for 4 days in service center. On and On i was told that bumper was getting replaced. I was shocked to see that it was only repaired ( Patched badly ) and not replaced as promised.
Also again!! quality of rework is bad, there is white paint over the silver line on bumper.. And the bumper was not lodged back to slot..
QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY... ????
Quality is missing.. I have decided that I am going to take it up in consumer forum.
Tell me one thing.. How can brakes fail in less than 10 days.. ?
I was lucky I hit the wall. What if I had hit a man on road.. I would have risked life of people ( including myself)
Please understand the gravity of the problem.
One suggestion, Pls don't enter international markets with this kind of service.. u
will be sued to bankruptcy...
Wonder how Fiat outsourced their servicing to you.. They should learn soon otherwise, they will repent big time..
Unfortunately, Vista is good car with bad services and Value system..
