I bought a new car TATA INDIGO eCS (LS) CR4 BS IV diesel on exchange offer from MARWAR MOTORS PVT LTD, RAJASTHAN. Its temp registration number is RJ 07/Temp/CA/0242136 (NOT REGD YET); Engine number 1.4 CRAIL 08AXYWOO117 and chassis number is MAT601443CWA01641.Cost of my vehicle is Rs 551000/- (five lakhs and fifty one thousand only) less registration charges.
I was given exchange bonus of Rs 29000/- and a discount of Rs 17500/- as per the dealer said. Still now I did not receive my invoice/bill, they are now asking me to pay Rs 12500/- as the discount amount is only Rs 5000/- not Rs 17500/- for the model 2012. If i was informed earlier i may not have sold my old car or else i might have prepared mentally. This matter makes me disturbed mentally and feel as if i am fooled. Why is this improper guidance given to me? What is the solution for my case?
