I am the Owner of Indica Vista Quadrajet(aqua) model of March 2011.
I have serviced my car as per recommendations and on time, but after 15000 kms I have noticed the several problems in the car, some of them are;
1)While climbing on steep slopes there is noise in gearbox/clutch-plate.
I have complained about the same to the service center of Hundekari Motors during the regular service at 20000 kms, but the mechanics of service center could not solve the problem and on the very next day I again complained it verbally to the mechanic on mobile phone, he said that bring the car and I'll get it serviced again.
Now when I went to service center for the above problem the personnel there advised me to change the clutch-plate of the car and I will be charged for it. Please advise me for the same and should clutch-plate be changed before 30000 kms.
2)The second problem is in the braking system, there is vibrating noise during high speed braking (speed of @ 70-80 kmph). and as above I have complained about the same to the service center of Hundekari Motors during the regular service at 20000 kms, the mechanics of service center could not solve the problem and on the very next day I again complained it verbally to the mechanic on mobile phone, he said that bring the car and I'll get it serviced,
Now when I went to service center for the above problem the personnel there advised me to change the brake pads of the car and I will be charged for it. Please advise me that, are brake-pads worn before 30000 kms, and Should it be changed/replaced before 30000 kms.
