Not getting RC and NOC for more than 1 year I have purchased an used Hyundai Santro Xing XO (2006 made) Reg No. UP16 M 8595, from SRI SAI MOTORS, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi in the month of October 2010, but I have not received the Original RC (promised to give it within one week). I have been also told that the NOC is also applied for ownership transfer. But after one year and four month also I am not receipt with the RC and NOC. As a result of this, I am not able to use the car and deploy the same anywhere as wel. Now I want to file a case against SRI SAI MOTORS for the same. Kindly help me.
