Complain for my Santro GLS MH04-EF-0143-Ch. No. o. MALAA51HR9M500649; Eng. No. G4HG937708 till 6375 Kms only used 5 time serviced @ hyudai service Centre. Complain No. 1-84848710 dated 8/12/11 then 1-84863012 dated 10-12-11 & on line complain dated 10-12-2011 then wrote many mails to CR@hmil.net, crwest@hmil.net, xcc5025@hmil.net .
they forwarded complain to Goodyear tyres customer support vide Complain No. Q2612110223 dated 26/12/2011 & after inspection by Goodyear, they reported Fast wearout of Two tyres 79% in only 6358 Kms Runing ( use). After 3 days Goodyear rejected complain stated CAR was not properly aligned which cause Fast wear out.
I again wrote Mail to CR@hmil.net & Crwest@hmil.net as after 5 service properly from Hyundai service Centre car having alignment problem then Either Hyndai Car Kit having manufacturing defect which he has to replace immediate or he has to replace the poor quality factory fitted Goodyear tyres.?
Ms. Sangeeta Parab & then Ms. Laxmi interacted for complain & received all car service history from Mohal Auto-Vasai as well as Modi Hyundai-Thane which clearly said in report that car is well aligned ( given alignment report also to Cr west & goodyear tyre customer support ) & reason given for rejection of my tyre complain was baseless ( wrong).
After that CRwest@hmil.net, Xcc5025@hmil.net ( Ms. Laxmi ) told yesterday that Goodyear rejected tyre complain again saying Car is slightly more wear out from One side 2-3 % ( means total wear out 79% & side may 81-82 %( not reported in report) which is fully un-logical & non-technical.
Hyundai may appoint even team of technical expert which re-inspect the tyres & car Condition for this rejection reason if Hyundai think reason given is right. If car have this type of problem then this is very serious Manufacturing defect & Hyundai has to replace immediate that faulty Kit with tyres ? This is a trust issue of Customer & Hy India does not cheat with un-logical non technical reasons for this type of complain
What ever it is reason but either this type of problem in car which cause more wear out one side then Hyundai has to replace the faulty Kit of car which cause this problem or he has to replace the poor quality tyres supplied factory fitted ? purchased Hyundai car in total not the kits of car. It is duty of Hyundai to take total responsibility of all kits which are factory fitted. Where & whom he sourced at what cost does not matter for buyer of CAR
Neither Hyundai ready to replace kit with tyres nor they ready to replace the faulty tyres. Atleast 20 Mail I wrote within a months but all go in vein as I think due to 2nd quality tyres used by Hyundai they don’t want to resolve the complain & making unlogical & non technical reasons for close the complains.
Hyundai , I think cheating customers with supply of very poor quality of Kits & customer cares with un-logical- non technical reason rejecting complains.
I request to appoint a team of auto expert which re-inspect the car to justify even on facebook & twitter also but till nothing happen & Car Warranty Expaired on 15/1/2012
Please look on this type of Cheat by Hyudai India which supply sub-quality kits & after complain they just they provide any cause of rejection which his service centre not accept the reasons.
