    Sub- Complaint against Maruti SUZUKI Dealer (Motor Craft Sales Private Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4,Ghaziabad)

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had booked a car- Maruti Ritz (Glistening Grey, VDI) on 24-12-2011 from Motor Craft Sales Private Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Ghaziabad. The Salesman, dealing us was Mr. Rominder Solanki (mobile no: 9910542222,9911666622,9868922205). On 13 jan 2012. mr. Solanki Called us and said that chassis no. of our car has come so now you can deposited your full billing amount and your car will be Delivered on 15-01-2012. We had paid full amount on 14-01-2012. Mr. Solanki also said that if you have problem to receive your car than no problem I have delivered it on your door step. But bcz of some family matter we wanted it on 19-01-2012 that’s why we had not taken delivery. Now the problem is created on 17-01-2012 evening appox 8.30 pm mr. solanki called us and told that your car is ready but problem is that Maruti has raised the Prices of all vehicle on 16-01-2012. So you have pay Rs.18180 more. When we asked him why we have paid this much I have already billed full amount on 14-01-2012 as per their norms.

    Now 17-01-2012 he said that your car was not billed yet. But that was not our problem.
    When he said bill your full amount, chassis no. has come then I billed. If he is not raised Invoice than is it my problem? And if there is any problem to raise the invoice than he shouldn’t intimate us Who is responsible for this if salesman have not time to raise the invoice than we have to pay the cost of salesman’s time.

    We also talked to senior persons in “Motor Craft Sales” about this matter but they told us we can’t do anything .you should have to pay the increased amount.

    Dealer should be fair enough regarding vehicle billing and everything. We are customer and we don’t want to lose faith from Maruti Sales and Services.

    At last I lodge a complaint to you so you please look into the matter and do the needful.

    Dear Amitabh,

    1 I ve bought a Car for your showroom ISUM MOtors tezpur on 25 apr 2012.

    2. I am not at all satisfied from ur apology letter for the
    misconduct and cheating done by ur company.

    3. ur people kept the reputation of maruti suzuki at stake.

    4. the trust and faith what we ve got in maruti suzuki is not there now.

    5. as far as service of 3M is concerned...it was totally fault of ur
    staff not 3M.

    6. it is ur staff who kept me in dark regarding the terms and
    conditionof the service of 3M to get their commission from 3M.

    7. I am reporting this matter to ur higher headquarter and head
    branch new delhi.

    8. If matter is not resovled then i will ve to go for legal option
    against you as I am mentally harassed.

    Default Complaint against Tristar car Pvt. Ltd,Chandrapur(MS),Maruti suzuki& Dealer

    Sir,
    I have booked Maruti Swift LDI(Glittening Grey colour) on 5.9.2011 at Tristar car Pvt Ltd. Chandrapur(Maharashtra).Ph. No. 07172-273051,52,53,55,308903.Booking amount of Rs.25000/- paid on 05.09.2011 vide money receipt no. 2079.Dealer committed to give delivery of car within 120 days.After enquiry they committed to deliver up to 28.2.2012.Again after enquire they promised delivery before budget i.e up to 15.3.2012.Even after failed and promised me to deliver the car up to 15.04.2012.Again failed and promised up to 15th May 2012.Since beginning I am asking to tell the date but not able to say and harrasing mentally,financially,emotionally.When I booked on road price was 5.76 lakhs and now it is 6.45 lakhs approx .Due to non delivery in time i.e after budget due to exise duty increase and RTO tax increase in Diesel vehicle from 1st May 2012,there is expected financial loss of approx. Rs. 75000/- too. I complained to customer care several times,last lodges complaint on 1.5.2012 ref. 2150682782.Talked to team leader Mr. Javed(09767106766),Mr. Nilesh(09850145547),Mr. Desmukh,Owner Kamal kothari(09823371000) at Tristar,Regional office Mumbai of Maruti(02026856037),Mr. Rohit Arora,Manager at Nagpur(07122225808) but all in vain.I am mentally harrased even after waiting nine months.Kindly do the needful please.
