Dear Sir,
I am Manish Prasad and one year back I bought a i-20 car from morani motors at Jaipur. I regularly got service from the authorized service center and during the service on 20th of November 2011, I was told that my car is ok. after some days I found that my front both tyres got damaged and while checked it down with some another private practitioner, the reason came out as alignment problem. Then I got my alignment problem corrected at that place only. My concern is that due to the morani service center negligence now i have to change my tyres which i think that they should change it due to their negligence. secondly they are deviating me also as when I went their with the problem, they misguided me by saying that the car has alignment problem, which I again got it rechecked some where outside from morani and it was not a problem.
I dont know what to do right now as this is only the platform from where i feel will get some solution as i had complained this issue so many times to the hyundai customer care also but no assistance i got. Please help me in registering a complaint against them as I am a unknown individual is this country and feel that only through this forum i will get the solution.
