I am the owner of Maruthi Car.
After completing nearly 1st year I went to VARUN MOTORS, Nankramguda body shop for fender denting and painting.
Now SO CALLED "customer service" on which Maruthi is living and doing their business has come to reality.
I have given vehicle to the Body shop and asked them to start work. I was promised that the vehicle will be delivered in 2days.
I went to VARUN MOTORS, Nanakramguda to enquire about the vehicle delivery status @ ~ 19.00 hrs. (EOD)
When I saw the status of the vehicle I was shocked and realized that the Service advisor/supervisor "Sat**h" has taken no responsibility of monitoring work. The denting was not proper and is clearly visible that the part is dented, secondly the painted portion has huge mismatch with the rest of body color.

This has erased the trust which I have kept on VARUN MOTORS and MARUTHI SERVICE CENTERS.

CAN YOU IMAGINE, AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER OF MARUTHI SAYS THAT THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE ON THE WORK ????? WHAT TRUST YOU CAN PUT ON THEM FOR YOUR VEHICLE.

NOTE : WE HAVE TO MONITOR EVERY TIME ON THE WORK, WE CAN NOT RELY ON THE WORK OF VARUN MOTORS.
To be frank we can really get better SERVICE and QUALITY out side of VARUN MOTORS SERVICING CENTERS.

MARUTHI AND VARUN MOTORS MANAGEMENT MUST NOTE THIS AND IDENTIFY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH PERSONS ???? OR WITH PROCESS ???.
