I planed to buy the maruti swift LXI from Chandigarh from Berkeley Automobiles Ltd. I took the quation from there on 11 may 2009 and deposit that quation in Bank for lone. On quation it was mention that it will takes 2-3 months to deliver the car. I got the draft from the bank on 22-May-09. Delear give me the abailability certificate on 1-June-09 and told me it will take 5-6 Weeks after confirmation. Then they told me that if i book car in advance then it will take less time. I got my confirmation from bombay in first week of June. Then i booked the car on 11-June-09. Last time when i contact them on 7-August-09 they told me that it will further take 5-8 weeks.
I have already paid the 4 months intrest to the bank because of delear's false Commitments. Its already 4 months wait for me and if it further take 5-6 weeks then it means 1.5 months more i.e. total time is 4.5 months nearly half year even i book my car in advance. That means i have to pay the intrest to bank for two more months because of Delears false commitment.

Now i have the confirmation and also deposit the draft. Now they told me that it will take 2 to 3 months more i.e. i had booked the car in June 09 and i will get the car in Dec 09. I am paying the intrest to bank for 7 month without using the money.
Now Nither i can take my money back nor delear is giving me the car. So in this case what should i do.

What action can maruti take against "Berkeley Automobiles Ltd".
